Catford Wanderers Sports Club Limited Home page

Welcome to Catford Wanderers Sports Club (CWSC) - the home of sport in Lewisham.

We are based in Catford, South East London and pride ourselves in offering the best facilities for Badminton, Cricket, Football and Tennis.

However, due to Covid 19 we are currently restricted in what we can offer. We suggest you click Contact Us and send a message to the section(s) you're interested in and they can advise what we are able to offer currently. Please feel free to read on but remember that some of the sports and activities cannot be offered during Covid 19 Lockdown.

At CWSC we don't believe in just playing our sport - we believe that everyone should enjoy their sport and enjoy the company they are with which is why we have such a great social atmosphere too.

You'll regularly see us not in sports gear but just having a good time, including barbecues, dinners, karaoke, race nights and much, much more.

Fully equipped changing rooms to help you get ready in peace and a fully licensed bar to help you unwind after what could be anything from an inter-club match to a round of social sport with some of our best (and not-so-best) players.

For an Inner London Sports Club, we are swamped in history, offering opportunities for players at both beginner and county level. What's more - we are FRIENDLY believing very strongly that we all had to start somewhere!

If, however, you're not that interested in sport but are looking for a great venue to hold a wedding, birthday or just a good old party then we can help with that too. Our hall is available for hire at very reasonable rates.

We welcome new members from all backgrounds, skill levels and ages so dust off your racquets, clean up those boots, check out the pads and we look forward to seeing you soon!
